What happens to your service request

When you send a support request, the information you provide passes through Cloudflare Tunnel as network transport and is sent to a privately operated service system so it can be reviewed and used to arrange support. Requests are stored on a home development server and are accessible only to the service operator. The CRM is not publicly accessible.

What to share

Share your name, one way to contact you, your Montana town or county for on-site work, and a short description. Do not send passwords, Wi-Fi credentials, payment card details, or other account secrets through the form.

How it is used

Your details are used to respond to and manage your service request. The request system records the page that referred you and the time submitted. The form does not use advertising trackers or save request contents in browser storage. We keep records for service follow-up and delete them when they are no longer needed; email to request access, correction, or deletion.

Questions or deletion requests

Email [email protected] and include enough context to identify the request. Do not include passwords.
